Clients can reach out to us with their needs for their event. The Elevé team can be reached via: Form submission, phone (call or text), and email! Once submitted, someone will reach out for more information and next steps.
An Elevé team member will reach out to get more information for the event and confirm that information provided is accurate Once all details are captured, the team will put together a quote/agreement for the client and prep for signature.
Confirm Details
Sign Agreement
Once the agreement is ready, it will be shared with the client to sign. We strongly advise that the client reviews the agreement before signing. In order to secure their date, the client must make a 25% deposit of the whole amount.
An Elevé team member will reach out to confirm the details, and changes if any. If changes are made, a new agreement must be signed by the parties.
Confirm Changes
Two Days Prior
48 hours before the event, an Elevé team member will reach out with the names of the team members going to be servicing the event (if applicable).
24 hours before the event, an Elevé team member will reach out with details such as what time should the team expect to arrive at the venue.
One Day Prior
Day of Event
The staff and rentals will arrive at least 1 hour before the event's start time to set up. Elevé elevates the cilent's event with premium service. Contigent on the event, but the team will need an hour to break down equipment, pack up, and vacate. The client must pay the remaining balance they agreed to pay in the agreement.
The client honestly lets us know how their experience was. What did we do well? What could have been better? As a company that puts its clients first, we're always looking for ways to better satisfy our clients.
